    Worst customer service I have ever seen, this lady did not want to be working on a Sunday I dare say and if this is how rude she is now, we still have weeks to go to Christmas she will only become ruder under the pressure.

    She should not be in retail where you have to deal with customers.

    This is not just my sentiments as two others that witnessed this rudeness also walked out of the shop and made the same comments in the mall.
